1．Declaration of Personal Information Protection

Sanshokaken K.K. (hereinafter “the Company”) provides safe, secure and trustworthy services, and in doing so, establishes the following policy regarding the handling of all information concerning individual persons (hereinafter “personal information”) as part of our commitment to the appropriate protection of personal information.

2．Policy on Personal Information Protection

• （１）The Company will comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, stipulations regarding the privacy of communications in the Telecommunications Business Act, and other relevant laws and regulations.

• （２）The Company will comply with the Guidelines on Protection of Personal Information in the Telecommunication Business (Public Notice of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications No. 695 of August 31, 2004).

• （３）The Company will manage all personal information it obtains in an appropriate manner.

• （４）All persons engaged in work at the Company will appropriately protect all types of personal information entrusted to the Company.

• （５）The company will take and continue to improve necessary and appropriate preventive safety control measures to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, destruction, tampering, leakage, etc.

3．Handling of Personal Information

（１）Specification of purposes for use

Personal information such as names, addresses and telephone numbers collected by the Company will be used for the following purposes. Communication from the pertinent store in response to inquiries, communication from the Company in response to inquiries.

（２）Disclosure of personal information

If an individual requests that the Company disclose the information it has concerning that individual, the Company will comply after confirming the identity of the individual. The Company will also respond promptly to any requests from individuals to correct or otherwise modify their personal information.

（３）Usage and provision of personal information

The Company acquires personal information from customers to the extent necessary to provide services, and uses and provides such personal information only within the scope of the purpose for acquisition.

（４）Provision to third parties

The Company will use personal information only within the scope of purpose for acquisition, and manage personal information in an appropriate manner; the Company will not disclose or provide personal information to any third party unless information regarding the receiving third party and the purpose of use are notified to, and such disclosure or provision is permitted by, the individuals to whom the personal information in question belongs. However, this does not apply in the cases listed below. The Company discloses personal information to third parties in the following cases.

• When the Company is subject to compulsory measures as based on the Code of Criminal Procedure, Article 218 (search, seizure or inspection upon a warrant) or other provisions of the same code.

• When the conditions for demand of disclosure based on the Act on the Limitation of Liability for Damages of Specified Telecommunications Service Providers and the Right to Demand Disclosure of Identification Information of the Senders, Article 4 (Demand for Disclosure of Identification Information of the Sender, Etc.) have been fulfilled.

• When the Company deems disclosure to be necessary in order to protect human life, bodies, or property.
