About each department
Research and Development Department
Focusing on ODM development as well as OEM development, the Research and Development Dept. is constantly committed to research and development in accordance with the philosophy of "COSMETAINMENT." The staff are eager to assimilate expertise and technologies even from outside the industry to think out of the box. Accumulating all the staff members' knowledge and experience, the department strives to give shape to what clients wish to have.
Reliability Guarantee Department
The Reliability Guarantee Dept. covers roughly four areas of work: pharmaceutical, quality assurance, safety management, and intellectual property affairs. The staff never neglects to exercise close control so that the company can offer high-quality products that win the trust of many clients. Usually working in the background as unsung heroes and heroines, the staff members feel strong at heart, hoping to reassure other departments as if to say, "We've got your back."
GMP Promotion Department
After the Sales Dept. listens to client's requests and the Research and Development Dept. develops formulations and product designs, the GMP Promotion Dept. commercializes and mass-produces products accordingly. As its name suggests, this department offers safe, secure, high-quality products to clients based on ISO 22716, the international standard for Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for cosmetics.
This large department consists of four Units: Production, Product, Quality Control, and Manufacturing Control. It boasts staff members with striking personalities, who differ considerably in age, birthplace, gender, and years of service. The department's visions are to make our factories a fascinating place that represents the corporate philosophy "COSMETAINMENT," not merely a place to make products. In its pleasant, vibrant workplace, you can always hear lively exchanges of a diverse range of views. The staff believe that, in order to create products that provide users with wonderful surprises and deep joy, you yourself need to work in an enjoyable, fulfilling environment.
Management and Planning Department
The Management and Planning Dept. covers finance, accounting, general affairs, personnel affairs, legal affairs, and IT management. It strives to always look ahead in business operation, as well as to properly execute the tasks at hand.
The department has an open-minded culture. The staff may feel free to share their suggestions for higher efficiency and improvements. Good suggestions will be adopted without delay and put into practice. In this lively work environment, staff members sometimes come up with reform ideas while engaging in small talk. They also have opportunities to collect the latest information by seeking advice from external consultants and attending trade shows and seminars. When a legal amendment requires modifications to work duties, the staff put their heads together, sometimes with a touch of humor, to develop new operational rules.

Sales Division
Listening to what clients need and what kind of products they picture in their mind, the Sales Dept. proposes plans for one-of-a-kind products that come with excellent entertainment features. These plans range from product ingredients, colors and scents to container design and expansion into a product series. To offer products that fully satisfy clients, the department works closely with the Research and Development Dept. and visits the clients for discussions, accompanied by R&D staff members as required. The Sales Dept. acts as a representative of the company and performs sales activities in collaboration with factories and other departments to win the satisfaction of the clients.
