1.Earning the trust of customers

To live up to the expectations of our customers, we will engage in sincere communication and constantly strive to provide services based on our philosophy of “Cosmetainment.”

2.Respect for human rights

We will respect the basic human rights of all people and not engage in discrimination or harassment that damages the dignity of individuals.

3.Compliance with laws and regulations

We will understand the customs of the countries and regions in which we operate, comply with all laws and regulations, and act with good social conscience.

4. Fair relationships with business partners

We will engage in fair transactions with business partners and establish equal, friendly, fair, and equitable partnerships.

5. Appropriate information disclosure

We will engage in sound business operation and disclose information to shareholders in an accurate, timely, and appropriate fashion.

6. Workplace environment

We will not engage in any fraudulent or insincere acts at the workplace, will ensure employee safety and health, and maintain an employee-friendly work environment.

7. Development and fair evaluation of human resources

We will engage in human resources development so that all employees can maximize their potential, and we will evaluate the results of employees’ work achievements fairly based on meritocracy.

8. Appropriate information management

Understanding the importance of personal data and confidential information, we will strictly manage such information so that they will not be leaked and will not use them illegally or improperly.

9. Elimination of anti-social forces

We will block all relations with any anti-social forces or organizations that threaten social order and security.

10. Preservation of company assets

We will use the company’s tangible and intangible assets properly and strive for their preservation.

11. Response to the environment

We will always be mindful of the global environment and make active efforts to maintain an environment in which the next generation can lead a wholesome life.

12. Distinction between public and private

We will make distinctions between our status as an employee of Sansho Cosmetainment International and our status as an individual and maintain the distinction at all times.

13. Prohibition of forced labor and child labor

We will not permit any form of forced labor or the employment of children below the minimum working age.
